Our showrooms are actually closed until Febuary 8th.
Very rigorous preventive measures have been put in place to ensure the well-being and safety of everyone.
- Our advisers all wear a mask and manage traffic, at the door and in stores, to ensure a safe distance of two meters between our customers;
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitation of our stores, including doorknobs and payment terminals, which are cleaned after each use;
- We have added several containers of hand sanitizer to our customers and employees;
- Invoices will be sent by email in order to limit exchanges.
We ask that you do not come to the store if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
DELIVERY
Our white glove delivery service which includes assembly and installation, will be maintained but adapted to strict sanitary measures.
The new measures implemented ensure the safety of our warehouse and delivery staff, as well as that of our customers.
We kindly ask you to keep a distance of at least two meters at all times with our staff.
PICK-UP
Pick-up is always available. The reduced opening hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.
