Since the shipped product is cut according to precise dimensions provided by the customer it is difficult for us to take returns. We suggest that you order samples in order to check the colours and finishes with your environment. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have received a product that was supposed to be compatible with your surface but is not, contact us and we will work out a solution with you. service@wrapmykitchen.com. As required, merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging. You must return all included accessories in the packaging.

All refunds are issued according to the original payment method.

Shipping and transport fees are not refundable and return fees must be assumed by the customer.
