We suggest that you order samples in order to check the colors and finishes with your environment. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have received a product that was supposed to be compatible with your surface but is not, contact us and we will work out a solution with you.
Delivery & returns
Since the shipped product is cut according to precise dimensions provided by the customer it is difficult for us to take returns.
Take in consideration:
- All refunds are issued according to the original payment method.
- Shipping and transport fees are not refundable and return fees must be assumed by the customer.
- 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- You have 30 days to return the product with the condition that it has not been used and it is delivered complete.
- Merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging. You must return all included accessories in the packaging.
- Trial kit cannot be refunded since it is a special order item.
