In order to familiarize yourself with our Wrap MK and to ensure the quality of our product, we suggest you order the test kit at a cost of $50 tax.
The box includes everything you need in order to carry out a test to cover 2 doors of a standard size. We invite you to choose 2 colors from our range of our 30 available colors. When your choice is made we will send you your box including all the following:
- 2 samples of 20″ X 48″ Wrap MK
- edge banding
- precision cutter
- scissors
- felt squeegee
Since the shipped product is cut according to precise dimensions provided by the customer it is difficult for us to take returns.
We suggest that you order samples in order to check the colors and finishes with your environment. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have received a product that was supposed to be compatible with your surface but is not, contact us and we will work out a solution with you.
Take in consideration:
- All refunds are issued according to the original payment method.
- Shipping and transport fees are not refundable and return fees must be assumed by the customer.
- 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- You have 30 days to return the product with the condition that it has not been used and it is delivered complete.
- Merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging. You must return all included accessories in the packaging.
- Trial kit cannot be refunded since it is a special order item.
